Surrey Central City Metropolitan Plan & Improvements : Fraserway Prekast

According to Surrey City Mayor Diane Watts, Surrey is well on its way to becoming British Columbia’s next metropolitan area. The city is implementing a comprehensive capital plan including the Central City Project in the heart of Surrey, BC.

This five year project includes the new city hall, seniors centre, a new library, Chuck Bailey Recreation Centre and a performing arts centre.

Fraserway Precast Ltd, along with Crown Contracting is currently working on all the major roadway upgrades and improvements that go along with the new Surrey City Hall building. Precast concrete is used in the municipal services including custom bases for street lighting and service boxes to house underground utilities.
