We design and manufacture EV Blocks precast concrete bases to simplify EV charger projects by eliminating on-site concrete work. Our role focuses on product manufacturing, supply, and coordination, allowing electricians and contractors to complete installations efficiently with a ready-to-use foundation.
1.PRODUCT SUPPLY & DELIVERY
EV Blocks precast bases are manufactured in a controlled environment and delivered to site using appropriate handling equipment. This ensures consistent quality, reduced site disruption, and predictable project timelines.
2. SITE PLANNING & COORDINATION
EV Blocks are designed to integrate with standard EV charger layouts and conduit requirements. Placement, electrical layout, and site preparation are completed by the project’s contractor or electrician based on approved plans.
3. PRECAST BASE PLACEMENT
The EV Blocks precast base provides a stable, load-rated foundation that eliminates on-site forming and curing. Once placed, the base is ready to receive EV charging equipment as scheduled by the installation team.
4. EV CHARGER INSTALLATION BY OTHERS
Electrical work, charger mounting, connections, and commissioning are performed by licensed electricians or installation contractors.
